Our reference process
Once you have found a property you are interested in you will need to complete our reference process before you can be considered to rent.
Don’t worry our reference process is simple and shouldn’t cause any trouble. The whole process quick and simple and can be completed online, no need to call anyone. Usually you will receive confirmation within 48hrs.
To complete our reference process you will need to provide the following documents:
- Your current name and address
- Name and address of current employer
- Photographic identification (driver's license or passport)
- A copy of a recent utility bill showing your current address
- The name and address of your current landlord
- Your bank account details
International students or visitors from overseas will also need to supply:
- A copy of work VISA
- Name and address of UK guarantor
