Our tenant find service is for landlords that require a more involved process than our advertise only service. With tenant find we not only advertise your property we conduct all the viewings and prepare the tenancy agreement as well.
Tenant find is perfect for smaller landlords that want to manage the property themselves, while you will still have to arrange rent collection and maintenance, we take the hassle out of finding a tenant, which is the part most landlords hate.
How does tenant find work
- 1Our local agent will visit the property to carry out a valuation and take photos
- 2Our lettings team will then write an advertisement to let your property
- 3Once the advertisement is written we will display it on our website and other high traffic web portals such as rightmove.co.uk
- 4You will receive potential viewing appointments through our online platform
- 5We will then arrange viewings for you and let you know when we have found a suitable tenant
- 6Once a tenant has been found we will carry out full reference checks on your behalf
- 7When the reference checks are complete we will draw up a tenancy agreement and arrange for the tenant to move in
How our reference process works
Our reference process is easy to understand. First we collect information from the tenant
via an online form. The information we collect includes:
- Name and current address
- Current employment details (if applicable)
- 2 forms of identification (one photographic and one utility bill)
- Name and address of current landlord
- Bank account details
International tenants will also have to provide:
- A copy of their resident/work visa
- Name and address of their UK guarantor
The whole process is quick and easy for tenants to complete and we can usually get confirmation within 48hrs.
